Causes for Joy: Broadway Cares 5K!

Joy has accepted the challenge of the Broadway Cares Virtual 5K and is raising money to make a difference for people and children of all identities across the country affected by COVID-19, HIV/AIDS and other life-threatening illnesses. 

In this complicated time, your donation will provide lifesaving medications, nutritious meals, health care and emergency assistance to those who need it most.

Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS awards grants to more than 470 organizations in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and Washington, D.C. It's also the largest funder of the social service programs at The Actors Fund, including the COVID-19 Emergency Assistance Program, the  HIV/AIDS Initiative, the Phyllis Newman Women’s Health Initiative and The Friedman Health Center for the Performing Arts. Broadway Cares also supports and champions organizations focused on social justice and anti-racism.
