Musical Theatre Movement with 6th Street Playhouse

Joy is so excited to be reprising her virtual class for 6th Street Playhouse this spring! Re-branded as Musical Theatre Movement, this class will still be acting and dramaturgy forward, and focused on having FUN!

A movement class for adults age 18-118...

Exploring different movement styles, musicality, and acting techniques every week.

Here’s a bit of the fun they had last year that you can expect again this year….

• Students will be exposed to a variety of choreographers, movement styles, and musicals to broaden their understanding of musical theatre storytelling through movement. 

• Students will master a dance warmup, and thoroughly understanding what sets musical theatre performance apart from any other type of storytelling.

• Students will have fun and grow in their love of performing in a safe, virtual space!

No class March 24
