Joy and Matthew honor the memory of Joy’s mother in this series. Wearing one of her mom’s dresses that she had pictures taken in when she was the same age. The trees were bare, ice still persisted on the water from winter, the wind was a bitch, but they persisted. And that persistence became the theme they didn’t know was there.
